Round and Round, we go

Round and round, we go

Each day, we have an opportunity to pay attention to what is happening.

We also have an opportunity to just spin around and around, in circles.

In both experiences, there is an invitation to get grounded. 🌲


  1. When you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, spin around and around. This will help you to ground yourself and find someplace to start.


    • I never would have thought that spinning around would help; but, I did find myself Grounding myself as I spun around and around. 😃
