Thursday 10am Yoga – Memory Lane Heritage Village

Thursday 230pm – Beach Yoga Seaforth (private)

Friday 10am – Beach Yoga – Clam Harbour Beach

Saturday, 10am- Riverside Yoga – Liscombe Lodge
