A Long day of Hiking

Lori Taylor Personal Fitness guided people on the South Granite Ridge Trail, today, a 20+k day; beginning at 8am and finishing at 430pm.Hikes like this begin with waking up in the dark, packing lots of food and water, being cold at the beginning; and, then sweating hot in the middle.The end feels like a sense of accomplishment as you use your mind to guide a somewhat reluctant body. ☺A great Fall Hike and Meditation experience 🧘‍♂️
